Here's a beautiful sign up form designed and donated by a friend of mine named Brandon Mullins to help drive breast cancer awareness. It's a free Photoshop template to get you started.
Earlier this year I had the privlage of working with the Literacy Council of Bonita Springs. I was asked to basically give their current site a fresh look which I was happy to do. Afterwards I sent them a design package that included a Photoshop template of their new site and a prototype to had over to their developer. The prototype was built using HTML 5, CSS3, and Google web fonts.

Despite the natural disasters that were the catalyst to the ever rising issues in Japan, there is a lot of "hate" and lack of compassion directed towards Japan as if they as a nation caused the earthquake and tsunami. Differences aside, people are in trouble far beyond the comforts of our own homes. Something I hope other's never have to suffer themselves with hopes that someone will lend a hand.
I didn't want to just design something for the sake of doing so but something that has meaning for me and those who I personally know affected by these tragic events.

Teamed up with nfn4good.org to help easfonline.org get their wordpress site online. The client had already chosen a theme but wanted some modifications made. I was asked to design a new header with custom images and their logo. Afterwards I packaged up the changes into a theme for their convenience.
